Contact Us We Read Every Message

Questions, bug reports, tool suggestions, partnership enquiries, or simply a note about how the site is working for you — all of it goes to the same inbox, and all of it gets read.

Typical reply time: 2 working days

Ways to reach us

Pick whichever channel suits your message. Email works best for detailed reports and anything that needs a written record. Social messages are fine for quick questions. Whichever you choose, a real person on our side reads it — there is no automated triage.

General & feedback

Questions, suggestions, corrections, and anything that does not fit the other addresses.

Accuracy & bug reports

If a result looks wrong or a page breaks, tell us which tool, what you entered, and what you expected. Screenshots help.

Partnerships & media

Embedding tools, translations, collaborations, press questions, or developer integration discussions.

Privacy & legal

Questions about how data is handled, or requests related to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What to expect after you write

We reply to every genuine message. Most get an answer within one to two working days. If your report needs a fix or a clarification on the site, we will follow up once we have looked into it.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, medical records, or any sensitive personal details through the form or by email. None of that is needed to help you.

Send us a message

Fill in the fields below and click Send. The form will open your email app with the message already composed, addressed to the right inbox for your topic. That way the message reaches us straight from your account, with no third party in between.

We use this only to reply. It is not added to any list.

Writing a useful bug report

A good bug report takes two minutes to write and saves a lot of back-and-forth. Include the following where you can:

  • The name of the tool, taken from the page heading.
  • The exact values you entered into each field.
  • The result you expected.
  • The result the tool gave you instead.
  • The country or exam system your numbers relate to, if relevant.
  • Your phone or browser, if the issue looks visual.

A short, specific example is worth more than a long description with no numbers.

Suggesting a new tool

We build new tools in response to what people actually need. When you suggest one, tell us:

  • What task you are trying to finish.
  • What inputs you would enter.
  • What kind of answer would genuinely help.
  • Who else you think would use it.

Requests that improve access, clarity, or usefulness on mobile move up the list fastest. If the same idea comes in from several people, it usually becomes the next thing we build.

Before you write about a result

Most "wrong result" reports turn out to be input mistakes. Before sending, please check:

  • Are your units correct? Kilograms, not pounds. Metres, not feet.
  • Are all required fields actually filled in?
  • Have you read the formula note on the tool page? It explains the exact method being used.
  • Does the answer you expected come from an official source you can point to?

If everything checks out and the result still looks off, send the details and we will investigate.

When we cannot help

Some questions fall outside what this site is designed to do. We cannot give medical, financial, legal, or admissions advice — that is not our role, and no responsible free tool should pretend otherwise. For those questions, please speak to a doctor, a bank, a lawyer, or the relevant institution. What we can do is explain how a formula works, correct an error in a tool, or point you to the official source that governs the rule you are asking about.

How we handle messages

Every message that arrives through the addresses above or through the form goes into one inbox. That inbox is read by a real person, usually within a working day and always within two. There is no chatbot on the other side, no ticket system that quietly files your message away, and no automated reply pretending to be a human. If you wrote to us, a person on our end reads what you wrote.

What happens next depends on what you sent. A bug report gets checked against the tool you mentioned: we reproduce the numbers you entered, look at the formula the tool uses, and compare the two. If there is a mismatch, we fix it and write back to let you know. If the result is correct but the explanation was unclear, we update the wording on the page and thank you for pointing it out.

A feature suggestion goes onto a running list that we review every few weeks. We do not reply to every suggestion with a promise, because we do not want to promise something we cannot deliver. But we read them all, and the ones that keep coming up from different people are the ones we tend to build next.

A partnership message is read carefully and answered properly. We are a small operation, so we cannot say yes to everything. But we would rather have an honest conversation than a slow silence, and every genuine enquiry gets a genuine reply.

What we ask of you

A few small courtesies make the whole process work better:

  • Be specific. "The BMI calculator is wrong" is harder to act on than "I entered 70 kg and 1.75 m, and the tool said 22.9 when WHO's example says 22.86." Both are valid reports; one is far easier to check.
  • Do not send sensitive information. There is no need to include your ID number, card details, medical records, or full home address in any message. If your question really does need context like that, describe the shape of the situation rather than the exact details.
  • One topic per message. If you have three separate issues, three short messages are easier to track than one long one.
  • Give us a way to reply. If you write from an address you do not check often, please mention an alternative. If you wrote anonymously on purpose, we will read the message but we will not be able to follow up.
  • Be patient. Two working days is our normal reply time. It is sometimes faster, occasionally slower when volume is high. It is never ignored.

What we will not do with your message

We will not add your email address to a marketing list. We will not share your message with anyone outside the small team that reads the inbox. We will not use your name, your writing, or the details of your enquiry in any public page on the site without your explicit permission. The full picture of how we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is worth a read if you want the complete version.

One small exception worth mentioning: if a message contains a threat, illegal content, or an attempt to abuse the site, we may need to retain it in order to act on it, including reporting it to a relevant authority if the situation warrants. That has never happened so far, and we hope it never does. But it is only fair to say it plainly rather than pretend there is no such line.

About this form

When you fill in the form above and click Send, your email application opens with a message already composed. The "To" field is filled in based on the topic you selected, so a bug report goes to the bug inbox and a partnership enquiry goes to the partnership inbox. You can read the whole message before sending it, edit anything, or cancel if you change your mind.

We chose this approach on purpose. It means your message is sent from your own email account, through your own provider, with no third-party form processor in between. Nothing is uploaded to a server you did not choose. Nothing is stored anywhere before you press Send. When the message arrives on our side, it arrives as ordinary email, and it sits in the same inbox as everything else.

If your device does not have an email application configured, the form will tell you so, and you can simply copy the address from the "Ways to reach us" section above and write to us from any mail service you already use. Gmail, Outlook, Proton, Yahoo, whatever you prefer — they all work.

Before you write — have you checked the FAQ?

Some of the most common questions have already been answered in detail on our FAQ page. If your question is about how a tool works, whether a result is accurate, what data is collected, or how to use the site offline, there is a good chance the answer is there. A quick look before writing often saves both of us a round trip.

If you have read the FAQ and your question is still not covered, that is exactly the kind of message we want to receive. It tells us where the documentation is falling short, and it often leads to a new entry being added.

Thank you for taking the time

Sending a message about a free tool is a small act, and we do not take it for granted. Every correction makes the site more accurate for the next person. Every suggestion points to something worth building. Every quiet note about something that worked well is genuinely encouraging, even when it does not need a reply.

If there is something on your mind about the site — a bug, an idea, a question, or just feedback — please use one of the channels above. We are listening.

Common questions about contacting us

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually within one working day, and almost always within two. Reports about incorrect results get looked at first because they affect other people too. Partnership and media enquiries sometimes take a little longer, because they need a more considered reply than a quick acknowledgement.

Will you reply to every message?

We try to. If your message has a clear question or a reportable issue, you will get a reply. If it is a suggestion with no specific ask, we may read it and act on it without writing back, simply because there is nothing useful to say other than "noted, thank you." If you specifically want an acknowledgement, just say so in the message and we will send one.

Do you offer phone support?

Not at the moment. Email works better for the kind of detailed reports we receive, because it keeps a record of what was said and lets both sides refer back to it. If a phone conversation would genuinely help — for example, for a serious partnership discussion — mention it in your message and we can arrange one.

Can you help me with my specific calculation?

We can explain how a tool works, walk you through what each input means, and point you to the official source for any rule or formula. What we cannot do is give you a personal answer for your specific situation. For anything with real consequences — health, money, university admission, legal matters — please speak to a qualified professional or the relevant institution. Our job is to give you a useful number to bring to that conversation.

Is my message private?

Yes. Messages are read only by the small team that handles the inbox, and they are not shared outside the site. We do not add your address to any list, and we do not use the content of your message in any public page without your permission. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Can I send attachments?

Yes, if you write to us directly by email rather than using the form. Screenshots are especially helpful for visual bugs or layout problems on specific devices. If you are attaching a document, please make sure it does not contain personal information you would rather not share — a redacted version works just as well for our purposes.

I want to report a security issue. Where should I write?

Please write to hello@afriwidget.com with "Security" at the start of the subject line. Describe what you found and how to reproduce it, but do not exploit the issue, do not test it against other people's data, and do not publish it before we have had a chance to respond. Responsible disclosure is genuinely appreciated, and we will always credit the reporter if you wish.

What if I want to stay anonymous?

That is completely fine. You can write from a throwaway email address, skip the name field, and leave out your country. We will still read the message and act on anything useful. The only downside is that we will not be able to follow up with you, so if you want a reply, please leave at least one way to reach you.

Ready to send your message?
